Hasselback Potatoes

Better than fries!

Ingredients:

– 1 Baking Potato per person
– Olive Oil
– Melted Butter
– Sea Salt
– Pepper
– Rosemary

Directions:

1. Slice the potatoes ALMOST entirely through, but so they stay intact
2. Drizzle with oil and butter
3. Springle liberally with salt, pepper and rosemary
4. Preheat oven to 425ºF  (convection ovens 400ºF)
5. Bake at 425ºF for 40 minutes (convection ovens 400ºF)

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes
